Neoprene is soft and flexible

The StreetGains Wrist & Ankle Weights 2KG are made of high-quality neoprene, a material often used in wetsuits. Neoprene wicks away sweat and feels soft against the skin, making the wrist and ankle weights very comfortable. The padding consists of small steel beads, making the weights flexible and conforming to your wrist or ankle. Therefore, the weights won't hinder your workout at all. Furthermore, the weights have a large Velcro closure for quick and secure fastening. Their compact size makes them suitable for both wrist and ankle use.
