The StreetGains® ABS Gymnastic Rings are a special plastic version of the well-known wooden gymnastics rings. Ring training is characterized by the large range of motion the rings offer. This creates countless possibilities and variations of exercises that can be performed. Because the rings can move in all directions, it also requires more strength and concentration to keep the rings in the desired position. This results in greater strength gains and more muscle growth. The StreetGains ABS Gymnastic Rings are used for calisthenics, gymnastics, and bodyweight fitness training. Using the rings, you can perform pull-ups, push-ups, rows, iron crosses, dips, muscle-ups, front and back levers, or even a handstand. The combination of premium materials and high quality control makes the rings suitable for both home and professional use.

Grip-enhancing texture

The StreetGains rings are made of high-quality ABS plastic. This durable material is impact-resistant and weather-resistant, ensuring a long lifespan. The StreetGains ABS Turn Rings feature a special texture that improves grip. This ensures excellent grip with or without magnesium.

Heavy-duty straps

The StreetGains ABS Gymnastic Rings set comes with two heavy-duty nylon straps. Each strap is 550 centimeters long. This allows you to easily attach the rings to various objects, such as a pull-up bar, tree, or basketball hoop. Both straps have length markings from 0 to 18. These numbers make it easy to hang the rings at exactly the same height. The straps are equipped with SafeLock steel fasteners, preventing the rings from sagging during use. They also feature an integrated SmartHold hook-and-loop closure, allowing excess strap length to be rolled up and out of the way. The straps are finished with a raised rubber StreetGains logo.

The ABS gymnastics rings set comes with a stylish carrying case, so you can comfortably take the rings and straps to any workout. The rings can therefore be used at home, outdoors, or at the gym.

Gymnastics rings or CrossFit rings?

We offer rings for both CrossFit and gymnastics. The difference between these two types is the thickness of the ring. Gymnastics rings have a diameter of 28 millimeters and are specially made according to the requirements of the FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique). It's easier to use a false grip on these rings. CrossFit rings have a diameter of 32 millimeters. These thicker rings are used in CrossFit training. With these rings, you develop more grip strength than with gymnastics rings. They also feel more comfortable for athletes with large hands.

Our advice

To extend the life of the straps, we recommend attaching them to smooth surfaces to prevent friction. Also, ensure the steel buckle on the straps doesn't come into contact with the ABS rings to prevent damage.
