A kettlebell, also known as a ball of strength or girya, is a traditional Russian training tool. It resembles a metal cannonball with a handle. It's the ultimate training device for physical training. Kettlebell training provides an extreme all-around fitness workout. No other training device can match this. Kettlebells replace barbells, dumbbells, cardio equipment, grip trainers, medicine balls, and weighted vests for pull-ups, among other things.

Our advice
