The Muscle Power 20 kg weighted vest is an adjustable weighted vest made of strong nylon. The vest consists of eighteen removable cast iron weights, each weighing 1.1 kg. This means you can adjust the weight to your preference, from 1 to 20 kg. This allows you to use the right weight for every exercise. The Muscle Power weighted vest has a short design and fits compactly to the body. The five-centimeter-wide Velcro closure ensures a secure fit, preventing movement during exercise, even when you're hanging upside down. The vest also has two narrow shoulder straps. This is essential for exercises that require your arms to be raised above your head, such as pull-ups. Finally, the weighted vest is fully padded with soft material to reduce pressure on the body.
